Screen Names and Profiles on websites are public domain, just like putting something in the trash and setting it out on the street on public property.

Since your user name was available publicly and still is available publicly no legal action could be taken. And none of the information would be classified as personal.

Good luck with your harassment case, harassment isn't even applicable unless it persisted numerous times after you have asked them to stop. And even then, it's not likely to happen.
